Delete account

Last updated: April 4, 2026

Here are the two official ways to delete your DropZone account and its associated data. This page describes the actual deletion scope for the app, sync, and related web requests.

Deletion is permanent

Once your account is deleted, we cannot restore workouts, routes, metrics, rankings, sessions, or synced information tied to that account. Temporary residual copies may remain for a limited time in backups or security logs.

smartphone

From the app

This is the fastest path if you can still access your account with Google Sign-In or with email and password.

1

Open the DropZone app and sign in with your usual method.

2

Go to the Profile tab.

3

Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”.

4

Confirm the action in the security dialog. We will end active sessions and mark the account for deletion of associated data.

mail

By email

If you cannot access the app or want to include website data or previous contact requests, you can also request manual deletion by email.

Send request to

legal@dropzonebike.com

Use the subject line “Account deletion request”, include the account email, and add any details that help identify the account. We may ask you to verify ownership and we will respond within the legal deadlines that apply to your request.

Data that gets deleted

When deletion is confirmed, we delete or deactivate server-side information linked to the account, except for data we must temporarily retain for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Profile, email, login methods, avatar, preferences, weight, height, and other account-linked configuration data.
Workouts, GPS routes, linked bikes, historical stats, and synced app content.
Imported health metrics, readiness data, and stored derived health context linked to the account.
Public routes, related feedback, attempts, and activity tied to rankings or leaderboards in the product.
Active sessions, authentication tokens, sync state, and technical account-recovery artifacts.
Subscription status and billing metadata stored in our systems. Records kept by Google Play remain subject to Google's own policies.

Local data on the device

Account deletion removes or deactivates server-side data, but it may not automatically erase local device storage. To remove local data too, uninstall the app or clear its storage. If you want website form data or previous contact requests included, mention it in the same email request.
