01

Service description

expand_more

DropZone is a GPS tracking app designed for gravity and trail disciplines with a focus on performance, training context, and optional community features.

  • Activity recording with GPS, altitude, stats, and optional sync across devices.
  • Performance, physical-context, and health-linked metrics when you connect Apple Health or Health Connect.
  • Routes, attempts, rankings, feedback, and public-route publication subject to review.
  • Optional premium features such as AI summary, weekly plan, and other tools tied to the current plan.
02

User account

expand_more

You can create or use your account with Google Sign-In or with email and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials, recovery email, and the devices you use with the service secure.

  • You must keep account and recovery data reasonably up to date and only use accounts that belong to you.
  • You may request a password reset, sign out, and delete your account through the available in-app or email flows.
  • You must not share your account, lend credentials, or try to access accounts that are not yours.
03

Acceptable use

expand_more

By using DropZone you agree to use the app responsibly and in a way that is compatible with riding safety. Your use must also comply with the DropZone Acceptable Use Policy, which supplements these terms.

  • Do not use the app for illegal activities.
  • Do not interfere with servers, APIs, infrastructure, or security controls.
  • Do not access, extract, or reuse other users' data without authorization.
  • Do not publish offensive, misleading, fraudulent, or dangerously decontextualized routes or content.
  • Respect traffic, safety and trail-access rules.
04

Freemium model

expand_more

DropZone includes free features and advanced functionality under DropZone Pro on compatible flows. Public-route publishing and several premium tools may require an eligible plan or a build that supports that feature.

  • Subscriptions and in-app billing are processed through Google Play.
  • You can cancel from the store and, where applicable, keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds, taxes, declined charges, and billing disputes follow Google Play or issuer policies and processes.
05

User content

expand_more

You retain ownership of your training data. If you request public-route publication, you authorize DropZone to display the GPS trace, route name, difficulty, and limited community metadata in public product surfaces. Public routes may enter review and may be approved, rejected, hidden, or removed.

06

Limitation of liability

expand_more

We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of GPS, altitude, terrain detection, weather, physical metrics, rankings, community moderation, or AI outputs. The service is provided as-is and you use it at your own risk.

07

Availability and changes

expand_more

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, providers, plans, pricing, or integrations. Continued use of the app means acceptance of the current version of these terms.

08

Termination

expand_more

We may suspend or close your account, limit access to features, or remove content and public routes if you violate these terms, create security risk, commit fraud, or materially harm other users' experience.

09

Intellectual property

expand_more

The DropZone name, logo, design, code, and associated components belong to its developers. Third-party marks referenced in the service, such as Google, Google Play, Apple Health, or Health Connect, belong to their respective owners.

10

Governing law

expand_more

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or privacy rights that may apply in your jurisdiction. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Buenos Aires City.
